    Responsibilities: Start -up of the Human Resources Department in Belgium – direct reports; 1 assistant admin & payroll

    • Set up a HR strategy
    • Project Leader for EUMEA for the organization talent review
    • Implementation of a global HR data system (HRIS)
    • Fleet management
    • Change management; worldwide acquisition of Hexal International, actively coordinated together with the new CEO and our Head Quarters the Integration process of Bexal (=Hexal) within Sandoz.
    Achievements:
    • Reduced turnover & absenteeism, increased employee satisfaction.
    • Implemented successfully Comp & Ben Policy, with clear communication (designed employee booklet)
    • Implemented successfully new HR tool (dynamic online holiday registration), improving; overview for line management; the efficiency for payroll, but also able to register personal data, trainings, extra legal benefits per employee.
    • Implemented part-time policy for medical reps resulted in employee satisfaction

    2002 - 2003 Responsibilities: Start Up of HR department & finance.
    Policies & procedures, pay roll, fleet management. accounts receivable & payable.
    Achievements:
    • Set up from scratch the HR department (a start-up company), reducing cost was very important at this stage.
    • Reducing salary cost with 4% the first year, by optimizing the salary structure using the different formulas available in our social security law system.
    • Reducing customer payment terms with 13%, by implementing appropriate actions and close follow up. This improved the thesauri position of the company with +/- 400k€
  • Nashuatec, NRG Belgium - HR Manager for Business Unit Repro & Fleet Manager (for Nashuatec Belux)

    1998 - 2001 Responsibilities: Start up of the HR department Repro within the Global HR department. Reporting to Business Unit
    Manager & Global HR Director Benelux. Recruitment, career development, competence management &
    Performance evaluation system. Job descriptions and grading (HAY), 2 direct reports - receptionist
    Achievements:
    • Set up the HR department for the new Business Unit in line with the company policy and other HR departments within the organisation.
    • Completed the implementing job descriptions, scaling them in the Hay system
