     Drafting of procedures, work instructions, quality records and indicators
     Cooperation with the quality management to design and deploy quality ISO 9001 standards
     Revision of the quality documents to better define, improve the processes and support continuous improvement
     Implementation of all the performance indicators to guarantee the quality of the intellectual property portfolio
     Set up of control and inspection points to facilitate detection, correction, and prevention of non- compliances
     Creation of internal communication tools to develop good practices and disseminate the department’s technology transfer policy
     Implementation of cross departmental quality processes such as project management
