As a HVAC expert with 15 years’ experience on EPC projects, I have developed an expertise dedicated to implementing industrial service systems and practice in coordinating teams of up to 40 supplier companies.
Currently living in Brazil, I am working to provide the transformation of the PIERRE FABRE factory, comprised of 7 TCE (construction) sites, from carrying out surveys to installing systems and equipment for R&D and the supply chain.
I have previously worked on sites in Africa for TOTAL, SUEZ, BOUYGUES, CEGELEC, etc. and took over HVAC/Plumbing/Fire surveys and work including:
- leading HVAC/Plumbing work on the Omar Bongo Mausoleum in Franceville
- installing HVAC systems on offshore platforms, in living quarters and power plants
- air conditioning the VIP stands and sanitary blocks of the Omar Bongo stadium Libreville - managing a portfolio of hotel industry projects
- hydraulic and aeraulic surveys in design offices
This diverse range of projects in different professional, cultural and regulatory environments makes me a project coordinator who knows how motivate teams and adapt means & resources to contractual conditions.

    Castres 2015 - maintenant Managing a project to transform a disused factory into 7 sites:
    -carrying out APD/APS/EXE survey (according to MOP Law) on the production and packaging areas and systems
    -managing purchasing and procurement
    -managing TCE (construction) sites for the installation of production lines, hydraulic system, packaging area, weighing room and laboratories
    -supervising installation testing and quality control
    -CAPEX financial management

  • Total /Engie /Bouygues E&S - Implementation Study & HVAC Works Supervisor – Gabon and Algeria

    2012 - 2015 For GDF SUEZ E&P: supervising HVAC, plumbing and fire protection surveys for the TOUATGAZ
    project in Algeria.
    For BOUYGUES: carrying out HVAC/Plumbing/Fire implementation studies for a Dialysis Centre in a four-storey building in Libreville and HVAC/Plumbing in the Omar Bongo Mausoleum in Franceville.
    For TOTAL: installing a HVAC system on offshore platforms, according to GS Total standards and the OPERCOM methodology, up to (pre)commissioning and removal of reservations.

  • SOGAFRIC GABON - HVAC Project Manager

    2011 - 2012 Managing a portfolio of HVAC projects for centralised air conditioning and the Omar Bongo stadium in Libreville:
    - managing a design office: encoding, plans
    - Business engineering: tenders, negotiations and purchasing CMV equipment, creating quotations, monitoring contracts
    - coordinating installations, testing and maintenance

    Saint-Denis 2007 - 2009 Managing a portfolio of hotel industry projects including the Dar Atlas resort & spa in Morocco:
    - analysing specifications, creating design notes, supervising the team of design draughtsmen - monitoring sites up to commissioning, removal of reservations and delivery
