    - Collaborated with R&D, Marketing, Quality assurance, Operations Departments to ensure over 20 new product launches; served as interface and technical lead on project teams through stage gate process; coordinated multiple projects while respecting deadlines; followed company procedures.
    - Optimized manufacturing process from lab / pilot to scale up; designed critical process parameters; developed product and process specifications; oversaw industrial trials with plants’ key contacts.

  • Lafarge - Laboratory intern at LCR (Lafarge R&D center)

    Paris 2010 - 2010 Within the admixtures department, assisted lab-technicians for analysis of concrete admixtures. Independently performed quantitative, qualitative analyses using UV, IR, HPLC, Karl Fisher devices and worked on DOEs.
