    - Collaborated with R&D, Marketing, Quality assurance, Operations Departments to ensure over 20 new product launches; served as interface and technical lead on project teams through stage gate process; coordinated multiple projects while respecting deadlines; followed company procedures.

    Paris 2010 - 2010 Within the admixtures department, assisted lab-technicians for analysis of concrete admixtures. Independently performed quantitative, qualitative analyses using UV, IR, HPLC, Karl Fisher devices and worked on DOEs.
