En résumé

Après 3 ans en tant qu'Ingénieur Support des Ventes chez INGERSOLL-RAND TRANE (unités de toitures, ventilo-convecteurs, armoires informatiques, centrales de traitements d'air), je suis, depuis Mai 2011 Ingénieur Technico-Commercial chez Danfoss Refrigeration pour l'Est de la France (21 départements), à ce titre je suis Responsable des Sièges sociaux de 4 des 5 distributeurs de matériels destinés aux applications de Froid Commercial et Industriel.

De formation intiale technique (BAC STI génie mécanique, productique et automatisme puis BTS Fluides Energies et Environnement, option froid industriel et climatisation), j'ai complété mon cursus par des études commerciales internationales (Maitrise puis Master) afin d'acquérir une double compétence (Technique + Commerce).

  • TRANE HVAC - Sales Support Engineer

    As a Sales Support Engineer, I'm in charge of the rooftop units, fancoil units, Computer Room Air COnditionners and Air Handling Units.

    I supply technical and commercial support to the sales engineers. I advise and help on how to sell complete solutions (not only products) and I'm in charge of a region of 8 countries representing 50.5 M€ value.

    May 2008: responsible for factory tours (customer visits)

    June 2008: in charge of the internal database (accessible to our sales engineers)

    August 2008: Training for the sales offices (Slovakia, Austria and Czech Republic) on the new products

    September 2008: Training for the sales force on rooftop units and IT room units and fancoil units (Product Expoert Training)

    February 2009: New range presentation to the sales force (Germany)

    October 2009: responsible for chilled beams support and trained on the Business Object use

    January 2010: in charge of market price and margins

    June 2010: trained to support the sales force on air Handling Units.
  • Global Business Network - International Business Developer

    2007 - 2008 First responsible for developping the customers portfolio in Belgium, France and Netherlands, I'm now responsible for a kiosk project.

    I manage the installation and launch of a new kiosk in a shopping mall in Qatar.

    The kiosk, installed in the food court of the shopping mall, will offer products with strong representativity (Pizza and pastas for Italy and Waffles and Chocolates for Belgium).

    Once the first kiosk will be launched, at network of kiosks would be developped over Qatar, Saudi Arabia and United Arab Emirates.

    My customers are some French, Belgian and German companies which want to export their products in middle east countries and also the company in Qatar which is already owning KFC stores, Hardee's Stores, Creaspy Cream stores and TGI Fridays stores.
  • First Electronics - International Negotiator

    2007 - 2007 Since April 2007, I work as an international negotiator of electronic components.

    I sell electronic components on the second market. I provide the better solution to the companies which are in need of specific components and which are not able to be supplied by their usual suppliers.

    I search and find the required components everywhere in the world, I negotiate them, buy them, ship them to our warehouse and then resell them ansd ship them to my client.

    Being quick, flexible and polyvalent is the thing in this job.
  • Personal Project - Entrepreneur

    2005 - 2006 On my own, I had studied the European market of Eyewear (spectacles, glasses, lenses and sunglasses). Thanks to this market study I had listed all the needs of the clients and all the lacks of the actual stores and then I had developped a new concept of optic store. I wrote a complete Business Plan to proove that the economic model was good.

    The project allowed me to obtain my Master diploma.
  • Piz'Wich Europe - Junior Export Manager

    2004 - 2004 As a Junior Export Manager I had contacted people mainly in the UK, the USA and Brazil to sell the new concept of hot snack owned by the company: Piz'Wich, the Pizza Sandwich.

    Goals reached: signature of a contract in UK and in Ireland to allow already established companies to sell the product in their country. Moreover a company in Brazil was interested to build a factory there and produce the product for the whole South America.
