As an account supervisor I manage the conception and production of video brand content as well as the design of digital strategies and plateforms for worldwide markets in the luxury beauty industry.

I surely enjoy building strong relationships and believe that our work can greatly be valuable when every team member apprehend each other real constraints and deep motivation.

Dealing with ambitious requests in a fast-paced environment demands a lot of thoroughness and challenges my self-control but mostly reminds me to put things into perspective to reach the targeted business objectives.

Every day, I try to optimize working methodologies in order to increase our team value. To me, an appropriate workflow is key in the acheivement of a great digital product or content.
Overall, I’m deeply convinced that experience IS the product.

My daily scope of work:

• Outline scoping & production: acted as the primary client interface, scope definition, planning, costing, brief and coordination of the various needed talents.

• Digital conception, strategic and functional: Strategic representations, content strategy, decision making matrix, personas, users scenarios, zoning, wireframes (Axure prototype) and wireflows, functional documentation

• Management of service providers: record labels, video & photo production companies, animations specialists, 3D specialists, specific development
