Jurist, I hold an Insurances Master Degree.
Since 2011 I am the coordinator of the procurement office in the National Aquaculture Agency ( Senegal).
My daily duties and responsibilities are to manage the procurement procedures. These include implementation, monitoring all the procurement aspects, since the planning operations, to the receipt of the works, goods and services. Also, I support the others services to prepare the bidding documents. I assist the evaluation commission to assess the bids and award of contract.
