    • Support building the Global “Sales Standards”:
    - Clear definition and updates of key sales processes and quality standards required (portfolio management, 1:1 relationship, campaign management etc.)
    - Explicit definition of a performance review mechanism (review purposes, contents, documentation, follow-ups etc.)
    • Planning and allocation of resources to support sales actions related to European & local Sales campaigns.
    • Ensure consistency across Europe regarding sales processes, training and development plans and use of sales support systems (CRM, CIM etc) by supporting the Country Managers during implementation and roll out period.
    • Identifies best practice models and innovations in the markets and provides the Head of Sales and the Head of Sales Effectiveness with roll out plans to launch best practice processes in the markets.
    • Identify target audiences for communication and a plan to ensure that all interested parties / other markets across the region are communicated to regularly, effectively and efficiently in order to share best practice
    • Provide Global Head of Sales Effectiveness with a monthly review of sales effectiveness performance in each sales workstream and project he/she is responsible for
    • Plays a key role in optimizing and assessing sales (support) systems and tools to be used in all markets
  • RS Components - Sales System Manager Europe

    Corby 2012 - 2014 • Supports the Head of Sales Effectiveness Europe in implementing and developing the Sales strategy in Europe in alignment with the Group eCommerce, Marketing, Electronics and regional European Maintenance strategy
    • Responsible for the definition of sales system support needs and the implementation of sales systems and tools – in agreement with Vice Presidents and Country Managers, the Head of Sales Effectiveness Europe, the Head of Corporate Europe and Group IS
    • Responsible for the Territory and Business Role Management in SAP for the European Region
    • Supports building the European Sales processes and guidelines by delivering clear definitions of system use and processes for all sales systems
    • Identifies best practice models and innovations in the markets and provides the Vice Presidents, the Head of Sales Effectiveness and the Head of Corporate Europe with proposals how to implement new processes into sales systems to support the innovation and best practice models.
    • Supports the Sales Effectiveness Managers to provide sales system relevant information to the Head of Sales Effectiveness for monthly reviews of sales effectiveness performance in sales workstreams and projects
    • Supports the Sales Analyst in providing all necessary sales reports, analysis and sales insight by supporting the source definition of relevant KPI´s in sales systems
    • Plays a key role in optimizing and assessing sales systems and tools to be used in all European markets in alignment with Group IS
