Christian, civil engineer in computational fluid dynamics, spent 13 years in the field of change management for several banks (private, corporate and retail) and is a professional business analyst and facilitator. Having explored many aspects of his comfort zone (management of change in bank back-offices), Christian is keen to expand his horizons to other service industries.
In addition to his on-the-field experience in operations management, projects (Prince2 certified), requirements management and process design, Christian keeps on collecting living academic knowledge e.g. in the field of IT governance (Solvay) and Business Process Management (Vlerick).
