    Luminarc brand overhaul (250M€ in 2015): definition of new brand platform and identity, style platform, product offer including new categories, editorial arch for new communication, catalog and web site.
    Main results:
    Luminarc new listing in major European chains: Monoprix, Asda, Morrison…2000 references, 30% renewed in 2017. Objective: 400M€ in 2020,
    Arcopal: from 0€ in 2015 to 10M€ in 2016. Objective 50M€ in 2020,
    Introduction of cookware category. Objective 20M€ in 2020.

    + since June 2017 as operational marketing director (consumer good):
    Consumer good brands portfolio strategy in synergy with Europe sales strategy,
    Action plan building in line with sales priorities: product offer and promotions,
    Digital activation plan with community manager (web, Social Media) to drive traffic to E-commerce sites.
  • Arc International - DINNERWARE MARKETING DIRECTOR & HEAD OF DESIGN DEPARTMENT

    Management of 4 product managers,
    Development of strategy and collection plans for Consumer Good and Food Service divisions according to group orientations (around 300 new skus/Y, 200M€ TO). Launch plan, route to market, communication recommendations, consumer target segmentation,
    Management of a strategic program of innovation and cost optimization.
    Main results:
    Effective strategy with the good mix of innovation, cost optimization and customized product offer,
    Achievement of innovation business plans while improving gross margin,
    Dinnerware category growth by 7% per year in Europe despite crisis context and fierce competition.

    + April 2012 –January 2015 as head of design:
    Management of 12 designers and 10 model makers,
    Artistic direction of Luminarc, Cristal d’Arques Paris, Chef et Sommelier, Arcoroc) in line with their DNA,
    Delivery of product designs and visual identity creations according to marketing briefs,
    Organization, budget, planning, creativity stimulation.
    Main results:
    Organization of a yearly prospective exhibition where marketing teams source new concepts.

    Development of a new premium hair color product with Christophe Robin (famous Hair colorist).
    Creation of marketing mix,
    Deployment of the third most important hair color brand of L’Oréal Paris - Casting Crème Gloss, #5 in Europe (100M€ / 10% of total business): Marketing strategy and 3-year plan (hair color collections, renovation of formulas). Communication plan: TV commercial, press, Internet.
