    • Ensure awareness and engagement of the employees behind company’s objectives
    - Group internal newsletter: Gathering information and news items, interviewing people, drafting content and liaising with management team and employees to ensure overall consistency and relevance of messages
    - Group Intranet: Liaising with the team to continually develop the intranet platform as an effective internal communications tool and to ensure it meets the needs of its audience both in terms of content and functionalities. Animation of the intranet through publication of updated content and news.

  • IBM (Paris) - Event Co-ordinator

    Bois-Colombes 2004 - 2004 I was the IBM’s direct contact regarding the IBM Leadership Award in the Loire Valley (France) organised by Alice Evenements agency.
    This was a role where, as an account manager, I was seconded for 3 days per week by the client during my employment with Alice Evenements.

    Responsibilities:

    • Contacted winners in English about their nomination in the IBM incentive awards.

    • Liaised with attendees from Europe, Middle east and Africa. Facilitated registration, visa letter and details concerning the venue, the program and the travel arrangements.

    2003 - 2005 I have worked for Alice événements (Paris) for 2 years.

    As Assistant Project Manager, I co-ordinated and facilitated specialist corporate events.

    • IBM: EMEA Leadership Awards in Biarritz and in the Loire Valley (100 attendees), 1 seminar in San Francisco (30 attendees), a cruise in the Caribbean (70 attendees) and a party in Paris (250 attendees).
