I am a customer-focused, team manger with experience as a 2nd level system support engineer, project manager and vender manager. I am seeking a challenging support or operation leadership position in either the telecommunication or IT domain. My technical and leadership experience and skills are both broad and deep. I have advanced skills in IT management and am looking to apply my experience in a management position in the telecom or information technology area. I have led system and application support teams. Furthermore I have led large and highly risky projects.

I have built on my technical experience and expertise and progressed steadily to become a strong leader, technical manager and director. My directors have always appreciated my performance. I am a results-oriented and focused individual that knows how to motivate and lead both team members and customers to focus on solving technical and business problems. My staffs enjoy my full participation, support and being part of a team that delivers. My customers have sought me out to deliver their projects with my business and technical focus and ability to deliver on time, within scope and within budget. Perhaps, this is why I am able to draw top technical talent and lead them to deliver great system support and delivery.
