I have developed a broad set of HR skills (staffing – compensation – talent development – performance management) through my Generalist experience, supporting leaders in an International and matrix environment during the last 5 years, as HR Manager for Microsoft EMEA. I have previously held a local HR Manager role in Microsoft France for 5 years and created the Staffing function in a Start-Up for 3 years.
I offer a combination of strategic HR vision, flawless execution and creativity to serve business goals.

  • Microsoft EMEA - HR manager Europe, Middle-East, Africa

    Issy-les-Moulineaux. 2006 - maintenant I’m supporting teams based across EMEA, reporting to Microsoft Corporation (Enterprise Sales and Tech Sales). Collaborating with multi-cultural teams from EMEA and the US, in a matrix environment.

    - Defining the HR Plan to serve business results, in alignment with company HR strategy.
    Coaching leaders and people managers in executing the plan through a qualitative partnership.

    - Talent and Management Development
    Launched People Review (assessment, succession planning, development plan for key people/roles)
    Co-created a development program for High Potentials– adopted at a WW level
    Enhanced People Managers capability, training them on key HR topics (Annual survey, Compensation, Diversity & Inclusion, People Review, Retention, Performance management).

    - Organisation Development and change management
    Launched a Change management program to answer specific business need
    Created an integration plan for newly acquired teams
    Orchestrated RIFs and redeployment activities across EMEA

    - Staffing
    Defined Staffing Strategy with staffing teams. Focus on diverse and competitive hires
    Created a pan EMEA Diversity staffing campaign
    Launched an EMEA on-boarding program.

    Orchestrating the Performance and Career management cycle across EMEA (trainings, coaching, calibration).

    2001 - 2006 As a local HR Manager, I was supporting multiple business units mostly in the Consumer business (Sales, Marketing, Technical, Editorial), creating a partnership with Leaders and people Managers on the following topics:
    - Staffing
    - Performance Management (in line with French legal framework)
    - Professional Development,
    - Compensation & Benefits
    - Internal Climate.

    I managed the following projects on a transversal mode for the French area:
    - Graduates programs (MACH), Campus Management, Press Relations related to the program and Individual On-boarding.

  • Cross Systems (Micropole) - Responsable Recrutement

    1998 - 2001 - Created the staffing function
    - Managed 5 employees
    - Grew the company from 20 to 350 employees in 3 years.
