Pascale has over 15 years of experience in leading business development strategies and market acquisition mainly in the services (learning and development sector). She has created several business offices in Brussels, Dubai, Algiers and Poland that she entirely managed or co-founded.
Pascale is passionate by conceiving and implementing new business development strategies, including marketing and by creating and developing multicultural teams. She posseses entrepreneurial skills and is a truly engaged and commited person. As a manager she believes in agile organisations, innovative thinking and participatory approaches.
She has recently put in place partnerships with universities as well as with IT companies in order to speed up the digital transformation of DEMOS.

    Puteaux 2011 - 2014 In addition to my function of Director of International Public Sector Services, I am also in charge of boosting business relations and opportunities with French public institutions (as from March 14). With my sales team, I create account strategies and plans for key customer accounts among Governmental and Local Public Services.
    Member of the Executive Committee of Demos since 2000.
  • Demos Middle East, Dubai, United Arab Emirates - Director and Managing partner

    2007 - 2011 I created the company, defined its strategy, and launched the activities on the GCC market. I developed the business with multinational companies and organised marketing events in order to promote the business. Main activities consisted in : launching the business, defining marketing and communication strategy; creating customer relations; office management.
  • Demos Benelux - DEMOS branch in Belgium - Director

    2002 - 2007 I created Demos office in Belgium and succeeded in wining multimillion contracts with European Institutions. Yearly turn-over approached regulary 6 M€ with a team of 10 project managers.
    Main activities were to organize the full bid management process (proposal drafting, selecting and organizing the team of experts, constituting consortium with partners; negotiating contracts until their closing) followed by full training projects delivery. Other activities include: P& L responsibility, team management; customer relations; office management
  • Demos - Director for International Public Sector Development

    Puteaux 1998 - 2001 I launched the international procrurement strategy of Demos Group on the European Institutions market and have been successful within 2 years by winning major contracts. Main activities consisting in :
    Procurement process And strategy; partnership policy; proposal drafting; Prospection – Negotiation & Closing skills selection of experts; financiez forecast; remote management of team. Specific focus on :
    Business sales targets and conversion of opportunities for successful revenue generation
    Preparing and presenting relevant and high quality commercial proposals.
  • Athol-filiale de TRANSTEC, groupe belge - Project Manager

    1997 - 1998 Developed and managed projects in the scope of the European Commission and World Bank tenders in the private and tourism sectors
