I started my career in January 2001 at ALTEN Belgium ITS (former AXEN), ALTEN Group’s IT Branch in the Benelux, as a telecom consultant, acting as project manager.

From January 2003 to August 2010, I evolved from a Business Manager position (creation from scratch of a business activity) to a Senior Manager role, leading successfully 97 consultants, 3 business managers and a bid manager.

I then worked as management consultant for a year to work on European managerial projects acting as a coach and consultant to e.g. bring new sales’ culture, set up commercial KPI’s, assist sales directors and help increase revenues.

I joined forces with BDO Reporting - former Cockpit Group - as Associate Director and Business Consultant in September 2011, a company specialized in the definition of strategy maps, KPI’s and the implementation of performance management tool.

I co-founded Phinest in February 2012, a management consulting company.

    2010 - 2012 BDO Reporting - former Cockpit Group is a specialized company in high level services like the setting up of modern KPI’s, management decision tools and cockpit rooms.

    My roles/objectives on this project are:

    Key Account Management (at CEO and CFO levels), Project Management and Internal Consultancy on operational strategies related to Recruitment, Training, Sales and Marketing

    2009 - 2010 Responsible for the management and the development of a business unit (3 Business Managers, 97 Consultants, 2 Local Account Managers and 1 Partnership Manager) by meeting the requirements for ICT services from major accounts in the public authorities, the banking, the insurance and the telecom sectors.

    Macro activities:

    - Member of strategic committees (Business, Corporate Governance)
