    St Julien les Metz 2008 - 2011 During this experience I was in charge of :

    - business and company development in Luxembourg for both temporary and permanent work sectors through prospection of new clients for the company through cold calling, reference checks, proactive introduction of candidates, meeting prospects and clients.
    Moreover, I was every day in contact with clients to understand their recruitment needs.

    - recruiting candidates for hiring companies by sourcing and screening candidates in the database, on various job boards (Monster, Jobs, Moovijobs,...), on networking Websites. I managed the interviews with candidates in French/English/German, organised oral and written tests and made reference checks.

    - the administrative part : input of all information about clients, prospects and candidates into the database, establishment of contracts, prices and commercial offers,contact with social security and Adem, answering requests of temporary workers about the luxemburgish employment law.

    - Management aspect: Training and supervision of new consultants and interns.
