    1999 - 2002 Planned and coordinated software development of critical elements of the GSM network between USA, Canada and France. Defined and planned the new generation product specifications with leading innovation technologies. Set up and managed a product testing team to ensure a consistent quality of software releases.
  • Consortium between Deloitte and Ceris – Beirut (Lebanon) - Senior Consultant

    1998 - 1999 Realized an exhaustive inventory of the Lebanese telecommunication operator’s assets on a project financed by the World Bank aiming to reorganize the operator, improve its efficiency and increase its profitability. Established an operational department and trained operator’s employees to manage their assets.
