  Availability of the necessary inventory levels in collaboration with 230 suppliers for two sites of manufacturing:
   - Optimization of inventory levels, adjustment for the company’s business.
   - Coordination between various internal departments (Manufacturing) and external departments (with suppliers).
   - Organization of meetings, and reporting them in written form.
   - Coordination between different interlocutors in case of crisis.
   - Ensure employment contracts to guide the suppliers to a less expensive type of storage for business.
   - Negotiating to contractualize suppliers’ portfolios.
   - Various studies on storage capacity and methods of working with subcontractors.
   - Contribution to compliance costs by controlling and communicating the implementation of the market shares negotiated in advance by buyers.
   - Ensure the following of old products to new references to maximize the cost savings.
   - Working with the global supply chain.
  
  Active contribution for achieving the target in my department:
   - Modification and improvement of working methods and development of the 8D incident related to an error in management, support for the treatment of non-compliance.
   - Contribution to the development of contract specifications in the department.
   - Organizing the workshops to control the loss of raw materials with different departments to take a decision and try to ensure the right conduct of people facing this situation and adapt the necessary measures.
   - Provide reporting and updating the indicators.
