-Banking Operations Project Manager with a deep knowledge of Securities Business, mainly Back and Middle offices Organisation/Set up/ Improvement.
-Experience in Settlement, Corporate Actions, Custody in various roles : Senior Business Analyst, Steering BA, Process/Project Manager, Functional Analyst, Supervision of Operational teams. Acted in several companies playing different roles on Markets(5 years in a Global Custodian, 2 years in Retail Banking ; 1 year in an International Central Securities Depositary and working for a year in Private Banks).
-To lead middle sized projects increasing Back offices services and/or efficiencies.
-To play the role of interface between the business parties (Operations, Marketing, Legal) and the implementers of the solution (Internal and External IT specialists).
-Develop and maintain strategies to support ongoing changes.
-To identify impacts on organisation and to set up new business processes.
-To analyse the implication of a decision to ensure added value at the end.
-Ensuring all internal and external stakeholder relationships are managed successfully.
-Check best practices and ensures process consistency.
-Planning, Testing and Training responsibilities.
-Strong communication skills.
