  Bezons 2004 - 2007 • Development of high-performance application, where large amount of data analyzed at real-time application. ARAMIS are real-time financial market supervision; build on three-tier software application concept, where I were responsible for development of back-end part. This application is capable treating thousands of incoming messages, translate them into internal representation, analyze and detect potential market abuses, dispatch informative alert message to supervision teams. Also provide real-time statistics on market evolution during the day.
  • Working closely with management on development application architecture design based on client (foreign exchanges , and EURONEXT exchange) requirements. Also participating in processing of incoming RFP for potential clients.

• CipherQuest Ltd/CipherQuest Lux SA - Security Consultant/Application Programmer

  2001 - 2004 • Integration of PKI with legacy applications for authentication, access control through X.509v3 certificates, and CRL checking. Responsible for providing a general overview of the application and transaction processing flow, draft a logical description of the major application server components and modules, identifying impacts on applications when using certificates, and recommending mitigation strategies to avoid impacts discovered during the application review. Follow-on work included functional and technical design specifications, application development using Microsoft C++ Visual Studio and OpenSSL to replace cryptographic libraries, functional and integration testing, and production launch.
  • Integration of large-scale PKI within the insurance sector. Responsible for installing and testing of the Certification Authority system (Nexus Certificate Manager 5.0) and auxiliary programs, integrating Thales e-Security HSM in test and production environments. Custom development included: business logic middleware components to enable X.509v3 certificate requests via the Internet and the WebSigner application (client-side) to enable end user authentication and digital signature services.
  • Upgraded and migrated existing PKI to Windows 2000 environment for client in the financial sector. Re-worked existing applications and customized interfaces to ensure compatibility with new environment. Conducted functional and technical acceptance tests and assisted client’s operations division to move PKI into production.
  • Development of custom components for integration Smart Card as security tokens to custom applications. Customizing Smart Card content and developing different profiles for better utilization for applicative side.
  • Development of libraries for Hardware Security Module (HSM) in order utilize them throw OpenSSL library for cryptographic operations.
