    2018 - maintenant Hired as a real “intrapreneur” and business builder to develop and grow the company in Europe while establishing a European Sales organization (Sales force) and EU Headquarters infrastructure (support function) :
    – Direct support to the existing Sales Organization (all EU countries)

  • SORIN Group International - Director, Sales Intercontinental

    2010 - 2014 Drove a complete turnaround of the all but Western Europe and US markets for the Cardiac Rhythm Management Business Unit while managing all sales and marketing functions in a total matrix environment with full P&L and EBIT responsibility for the Intercontinental Area (some direct subsidiaries, Canada, Australia, Austria, and 20+ global distributors on all continents). Recognized as major growth driver in 2010 to 2013 for Sorin CRM franchise :
    • Realigned field distributors sales organization, consolidated existing markets and optimized gross profit
    • Achieved sales growth of 110+% within distributors and 40+% within supervised Sorin Group subsidiaries in 4 years, resulting in improvement in EBIT, in a global down-trending market.
    • Fully reorganized unsupported organization into a smooth-running division by defining and implementing new processes (Regulatory, Legal, Operation and Clinical) for Intercontinental division integration within the Sorin CRM Business Unit hence establishing a strong voice for the division
    • Created first ever streamlined communication between managed subsidiaries / distributors and Business Unit integrating monitoring and reporting sales for product lines within Intercontinental division.

    2008 - 2010 - Promoted to develop and implement key marketing strategies and integrated marketing initiatives designed to penetrate and grow targeted Global AF ablation markets. Managed and directed worldwide marketing programs resulting in growing sales 55+% within 2 years to a US$ 360M business within St. Jude Medical AF Franchise (OUS) and in an 23% of increase in Market shares
    - Architected the 2008-2013 SJM’s 5-year strategic plan positioning the International AF Division for 28% CAGR revenue growth and #1 OUS Market share position and overachieved plan in 2008 and 2009 by 8% and 11%
    - Implemented a global product support matrix process to standardize and ensure successful product launches with transition from R&D to Sales organization under Marketing ownership.
    - Drove SJM brand adoption by integrating all SJM AF products lines resulting in a 20+% bottom line improvement by "Solution" selling
    - Oversaw training and education for all product lines in all non-US markets and set up global network of KOLs while managing Global Advisory Boards for the AF division

  • St Jude Medical Switzerland - Division Manager

    2005 - 2008 Recruited to enter Swiss and Austria markets. Built business division from start-up to 13+M€ revenue in 2007. Positioned as the most profitable division in the company. Fast-track promotion through a series of increasingly responsible sales, marketing and business development management initiatives to hiring and directing respectively 5- and 4- person teams (Sales Reps and Field Clinical Engineers) within 24 months, and exceeding all financial objectives.
     Drove market share capture from 0% to 35% within 30 months through execution of customer-focused and solution selling and account management strategies, penetrating all existing accounts in markets
