    - Process Ownership: VMI (vendor manages inventory), Phase In Phase Out: process description, procedure, KPI, improvement process with key users -> change requests to IT department, training to users and key users, defining the needs of new report, creating and building up the spec for BW reports, best practices, presenting our system to the customers, discussing specific needs of the customers and customization possibilities, business cases, member of VMI board for prioritization of projects and strategic offer to our customers, benchmarking regarding legal points (penalties if objectives not met)... close collaboration between planning units and IT department, CMI and VMI from providers. Organizing back up and transmission of knowledge via internal workshop, communication sessions and communication to specific function (sales, supply chain...)

    - Change management: new SAP modules, new IT system, new product codes...: defining change/goals/timing, understanding and questioning the change (in close collaboration to several other departments), modelizing the change, communication to all stakeholders (IT department, Supply Chain divisions, Warehouse, Key Account Managers, external customers...), planning and monitoring the events to reach the change, documenting, answering questions, holding workshops, creating forums/Q&A, initiating cooperation between different teams, evaluating the success of the change, initiating corrective actions...

    - Monitoring, KPI, report creation: creating monitoring tools, reports. Planning monitoring sequences. Determining internal KPI's and measurements (reduction of transportation and picking costs, stock level), defining spec for report creation in BW (best ordering unit)

    - Documentation: creating process workflow, process description, users manual, blue print, presentations to different audiences, reference cards, reports, training material, information cards

    - Communication/meetings/seminar/visit/workshop/training: newsletters, team room, face to face and written communication to various types of stake holders, 1-2-1 and mailing presentations, organizing committee of the semester European supply chain community meeting in one European country for about 80 participants + guests: including infrastructure, content of professional and social activities, organization. Delivering training solution, material and training sessions. Leading/facilitating workshops.

    - Benchmarking best practices: regarding specific processes, industry development, easing procedures, organization, legal points

    - Managing people: tutor of several trainees.

    - Relocation to Poland: several projects were led in parallel to the relocation of the FMCG supply chain department to Poland → dealing with uncertainty and resistance from the staff in Western countries and new organization direction

    - Project leader: marketing constraints of the relocation of repack/rework to a central place. MEDIC methodology.
