My job is to build bridges – among people and within projects. To develop today’s innovative solutions, engineers and business managers have to work side-by-side. By asking the right questions, I drive energies, help them take on-board different perspectives and see eye-to-eye to create sustainable, end-to-end solutions.

Creative civil engineer, I have more than 15 years of Process Improvement and Change Management experience in large and medium size organisations. As consultant and Coach (Sherpa) my mission is to reconcile people with their company in order to increase satisfaction and effectiveness at work. I'm have been coaching and advising many entrepreneurs, directors, IT executives, HR responsible and process improvement managers on inner energy management, business strategy & development, service centres set-up, motivation, conflicts management.

- Management a non-Profit organization that aims the personal and social development through awakening of senses, emotions and values.
- Lecturer in the Change Management program at Solvay Brussels School.
- Aikido on tatami and application of its mindset on non-violent communication

    2008 - 2009 * Set-up of a detailed plan for the Maturity improvement of an organization of 100 people from maturity level 1 to 2 and then improvement of the maturity of 5 key projects supported by 6 process representatives and 4 internal auditors till maturity level 2. ;
