I have been interested by the restauration since a few years so I chose to study in the International Business school of Vatel to have a Bachelor degree in the hotel and restauration management. I had the opportunity to learn the job of F&B manager thanks to the training, the practical and the theory. I have already had the opportunity to apply them while working as a waitress and head waitress .
