    PARIS 15 2011 - maintenant Lead a team of Processing Expert Sales, including Fraud Management Solutions, for Europe.

    - Building out and developing a sales pipeline.
    - Developing sales towards banks and new customers (merchant & telco’s) of the MasterCard processing products:

    • Develop core switching sales across the European region
    • Sales of value add processing revenues across the European region
    • Provide subject matter expertise on processing products to country teams in Europe
  • MasterCard - VP - Cross-Functional Product Manager

    PARIS 15 2009 - 2011 - Reporting to Head of Core Products and Head of Emmerging Payment Europe,
    my cross-functional role was to integrate the emerging payment products features (mobile, ecommerce, contactless) into the value proposition of our core products.

    As par of that initiative, I also led the Debit Security initiative for the last two years, with following achievements:
    - Create an integrated security value proposition across all product lines
    - Identify and deliver on new product and services: Maestro Chip Only, Geo Blocking and extension of the Liability Shit to US and AP regions.
    - Develop a comprehensive and integrated communication strategy towards our internal customers : new reports, trainings, forum, conferences
    - Propose enhancements in term of organisation: creation of a new team, streamlining the sales process.
    - Defend and promote all these initiatives at senior management Level: ESMT members, Global Heads of products.
  • MasterCard Europe - VP - Technology Market Manager

    PARIS 15 2007 - 2009 Responsible for developping processing sales opportunities in the Austrian and Swiss markets. Conduct market analysis, build customer in depth knowldge, create sales pipeline, create product entry approaches. Achieve financial objectives (incr. revenues), monitor perfomance and take action whenever required.

    Processing sales lead for analysing a company strategic project aiming at meeting the European Commission's requirements on competitiveness and SEPA compliance.

    Responsible for ensuring the delivery of the solutions and opportunities that have been sold to the customers.
  • MasterCard - VP - Presales Technology Strategy and Business Development

    PARIS 15 2005 - 2007 Responsible for managing all the new business opportunities in the SEPA zone (Single European Payment Area) from a processing sales point of view. The eventual objective is to promote the processing value proposition of MasterCard and reach agreement to capture additional switched transactions through the MasterCard network. This role implies close collaboration with the account team, the identification of specific needs and the elaboration of a feasibility plan with the customer. The team is delivering processing proposal, including a business plan, financial proposal, a description of the value proposition as well as the first steps of the implementation process. This position requires innovation and strong analytical capabilities in order to be able to modifying the equilibrium and enter new markets
  • MasterCard - Senior Project Manager

    PARIS 15 2002 - 2005 Responsible for managing all the implementation projects of Citigroup and Capital One in Europe. This role implies the creation of a partnership with our customers, by having direct and frequent contacts, identifying their specific needs and providing them with the adequate business solutions. The importance of this position was reinforced by the success of the GCMS migration and the key partnership built up with the MasterCard Technical Account Managers

    As project manager within the Customer Implementation Services department, I managed the implementation of all kind of projects for the different European regions: South and Northern Europe, Germany, UK as well as emerging Eastern Europe countries. This I created and maintained strong and efficient relationships with the MasterCard business units located in those regional offices ; which gives me a global view of the diversity of the markets in each country.
  • Proximus - Belgacom Mobile - Project Manager

    Lille 1998 - 2002 Creation of a new Unit to ensure the coordination of new projects that require further support from the Business Support unit. Definition of the mission and the needs, hiring of additional staff, also setting up the new organization structure.

    Development and setting up of a new methodology. Analysis, development and implementation of a new application to support the chosen methodology. Continuous and personalized training. Support of project management; handbooks and training sessions for groups.

    Responsible for managing the implementation of two key projects: the Mobile Number Portability and the changing the prefix of Proximus (075-0475).
