E-Val is a special vehicle company for business with S.I.T.A. which is a multinational information technology company providing services to the air transport industry.

    Lead OSS BSS ad-hoc software developments for S.I.T.A. on an IBM environment, defined service and system architecture, managed a team of 20 analysts & programmers, organized 24/7 system operation, streamlined relationships with 50+ customer stakeholders whilst handling around 100 RFCs per month through digitalizing all related interactions, managed profitability & cash flow above 3Mio€ per annum.   • Activelog - Owner

    2001 - 2002 Created a Supply Chain software start-up as self-employed, Activelog.net, self-funded it for one year, sold the service to suppliers of a major global retailer for managing their 10 Mio $ annual supply.
  • Proximus - Cherf de département

    1996 - 2001 The Proximus Group is the largest telecommunications company in Belgium, is primarily state-owned, offerings include fixed-line and mobile communications and ICT services with a staff of 14,000 and a turnover of 6 billion €.
    Head of B2B e-commerce
    Developed a regional marketplace strategy, gained the approval of the board to digitize the 1 billion€ Proximus spent, negotiated a shared profit business case with the software vendors, enrolled all major Belgian banks & insurance companies as users & future shareholders through a roadshow. This resulted in stopping all other regional marketplace initiatives. Leads the department with 15+ sales, consultants, operators and programmers. Organized 365/24/7 mission-critical operation for both marketplace & EDI services.
