Asma SOUSSOU

MONASTIR

En résumé

Asma Soussou achieved her mathematic bachelor level in 2006 and joined the Sciences Faculty of Monastir (FSM) to proceed her university education in physics. She chose "Materials Science (SM)" for undergraduate specialty and "Sciences Physics (SP)" in the second cycle. After four years of success, in 2010, she obtained the SP mastery from the FSM of Monastir, Tunisia. In 2011, she succeeded in the first year of “Materials and Nanostructures” research master. For her master 2 internship, she teams the Instrumentation and Microelectronics Laboratory (LIM) in FSM, Tunisia. The underway internship subject is entitled: "Modelling and simulation of silicon nanowire-based SET transistors for memory applications".
In 2013 she started her PhD under the direction of Pr.Adel Kalboussi (Professor in FSM) and the supervision of Dr.Zouhair M.BACCAR (assistant professor and researcher in INRAP).
In 2014, she started a collaboration with the LOMA laboratory at the University of Bordeaux in France. She has two other new co-directors for his thesis now: Dr.Christine GRAUBY-HAYWANG and Pr.Touria COHEN-BOUHACINA.
Her thesis is entitled: "Morphological and structural study of thin layers of hybrid nanocomposites of Double Layred Hydroxide (LDH) / tyrosinase for polyphenol biosensor application".
Over the last three years she lerned how to use the spin-coating to prepare thin films, spectroscpies IR and Raman, and XRD technique for structural characterization , the atomic force microscopy (AFM) for the morphological characterization of thin films, and cyclic voltammetry and chronoamperometry for electrochemical characterization of biosensor detection.
Now she is preparing her soon thesis defense and she looking for a postdoc to better develop her skills in the fields of biosensors and thin films characterization.
