Main missions & responsibilities:
• Recruiting: Candidate sourcing and qualifying, advertising, interviews, salary negotiation, proposals, contract signatures, on-boarding, etc. (3 candidates hired/month in 2017)
• Organizing recruitment events in Europe
• Analyzing requests and creating strategies to find technical and IT profiles
• Sourcing of technical and IT profiles (development, conception, support, infrastructure, etc.)
• Supporting the Follow-up of different career aspects.
• Ensuring a positive experience for candidates, clients and other partners

• Leading a team of 3 recruiters, managing projects and workload
