    - Supported suppliers to perform FAI/FAA and LAI files (First & Last Article Inspection) according to EN9102 and Stelia requirements
    - Treated product non-conformities, monitored suppliers to ensure roots cause identification and effective corrective action implementation (QRQC, 8D…)
    - Developed and implemented Quality KPIs (with a report on a weekly basis)
    - Wrote and validated requests for derogation
    - Supported the design office on analysis of evolution of production plan
    - Performed audit activities considering specific standards
    - Followed up with supplier qualifications on special processes
    - Lead meetings with suppliers quality managers
    - Conducted regular quality reviews with assigned key suppliers.
    - Set-up, performed, and managed a quality wall to secure first delivery and supplier ramp up by following up on inspections before delivery to client site
    - Challenged the supplier to enforce relevant corrective and preventative action plans to improve customer satisfaction when needed

    Achievements :
    - Controlled incoming parts
    - Analyzed non-conformities
    - Validated FAI Files
    - Conducted regular quality reviews with assigned key suppliers
    - Reported on a weekly basis the progress on action plans as well as KPI with the customer
    - Interfaced with the on-site customer
  • Airbus Group - Quality Line Side Engineer

Blagnac 2013 - 2014 Created defects catalog for composite material parts.

    Context of project
This topic was part of a project to improve the reporting of non-compliance on production line of pre-impregnated composite elementary parts of A400M and A380 programs. The objective was to harmonize vocabulary of non-compliance, gain treatment cycle of non-compliance, improve ergonomic of control station (visual inspection station).

    Achievements
    - Analyzed and Identified recurring defects
    - Harmonized the vocabulary of defects (chipping, protruding, inclusion, ...)
    - Created defects catalog, reviewed and validated with Materials & Process Team
    - Trained operators and technicians
    - Updated inspection procedures
  • Airbus Group - Non Destructive & Mechanical Test Engineer

Blagnac 2013 - 2013 As part of my training of Industrial Engineering Engineer at ECAM Rennes, students had the obligation to perform an international mission business for a period of at least 12 consecutive weeks.
This mission aimed to discover other cultures and other professional practices but also to practice a foreign language including English.

    Context of company :
Getafe (in the Madrid region) is responsible for designing, engineering and manufacturing of components for all Airbus aircraft. They include the horizontal stabiliser for the double-deck A380 jetliner; the assembly and testing of the horizontal stabilisers for the widebody A350 XWB and A330, as well as for the single-aisle A320 Family. This site also is responsible for producing the two sections that comprise the A380’s tail cone, as well as the A350 XWB’s tail cone.

    Context of project :
My assignment took place in the M & P department (Materials and Processes) and more specifically in the NDT (Non Destructive Test) & Mechanical Test service.
The M & P department has the delegated authority to provide and qualify process materials and methods, as well as inspection and testing methods, throughout the life and lifecycle of an aircraft.
Throughout this internship, my subjects focused on the harmonization of Airbus technical specifications and the deployment of the probability of detection method

    Achievements :
    - Updated and replaced of local specifications for mechanical tests to harmonize them into transnational documents applicable to any type of Airbus aircraft program
    - Created a checklist of key characteristics during an ultrasonic ultrasound examination of carbon fiber plastics in accordance with the technical specifications of airbus
    - Analyzed and deployed the probability of detection method. This method is generally used to quantify the performance and reliability of control operations.
  • Airbus Group - Quality Conformance Management Engineer

Blagnac 2011 - 2013 Deployed capability strategy and improved capability of manufacturing composite parts.

    Context of company :
Founded in 1936 by Louis Breguet, Nantes factory took part in great moments of French aerospace industry.
Nantes facility specializes in manufacture of central wing boxes of all aircraft in AIRBUS family, from A320 to A380, as well as A350 XWB (eXtra Wide Body) and A400M (military transport aircraft for AIRBUS Space and Defense).
From an industrial and technological point of view, establishment relies on a historical know-how in the mechanical machining of complex and vital pieces of structure, of larges dimensions, made of aluminum alloy. For over thirty years, site has also developed recognized expertise in use and control of composite materials for production of structural components.

    Context of project
Strategy capability based on principles of Lean and aimed to reduce waste, was foundation of all principles of quality and met current needs of Airbus. Objective of this strategy was to reach "Zero variation" ie stabilized all processes within company, reliable measurements and reduce non-quality costs.

    Achievements
    - Wrote and validated control plans,
    - Performed gauge R&R (Repetability & Reproductibility)
    - Achieved capability study of production

  • Edf - Electromechanical Technician Trainee

Paris 2011 - 2011 Developped a note relating to sub-process of electromechanical service

    Context of company :
EDF is the world's largest operator of nuclear power plants, the leading producer and supplier of electricity in Europe. Recognized as the European leader in energy, EDF is the main player in the French electricity market.
A nuclear power plant is an electricity production plant characterized by the nature of its fuel: Uranium 235. Three independent circuits, without any link between them, follow one another to extract the heat from the heart, to recover this heat to obtain heat steam and turn it into electricity.

    Context of project :
The mission of Electromechanical Department is to ensure, in a constant concern for quality, safety, security and cost control, preventive and curative maintenance of mechanical, boiler, plumbing and electricity required for operation of installations.
For this purpose, electromechanical service is responsible to create and update instruction sheets validated by the head of department and allowing teams to intervene on installations.
In recent years, several instruction sheets have been created by different organs of the Service and put in a binder. Weaknesses management were observed (lack of update, obsolete documents ...).
It was in a context of harmonization of the rules and methods of work that this internship took place
