A Euro 190 Million revenue business, around 640 people. An exponentially growing business of 17% in revenue. Scope includes 1.     1. Logistics
    Works with major customers (distributors) to ensure quality standard warehouse operations are present throughout Customer Services & Logistics through training and ongoing audit/information sharing sessions with customers as required.
    2. Warehousing and Distribution
    Ensure timely transfer of finished goods from production to warehouse

    •Recruited to be in charge of 2 warehouses Raw Material & Finish Goods, at Réghaîa, representing a storage capacity of 4 000 pallets and a throughput volume of 16 000 Tons per year (100% of total company flow),
    •Set up and secure successfully the company import flow from Tunisia to Algeria,
    •Charing Performance reviews, KPI set up and follow up,
    •Working closely with 3PL to identify area of productivity and cost saving,
    •Responsible for the warehousing and transportation costs and Budget (1,3 M€ yearly),
    •Integration of International Freight constraints (sea/road/rail via containers).
