    ● Coordination of reporting: I managed the reporting processes and procedures for capturing, maintaining and reporting accurate data provided by international subsidiaries. I established working relationships with controllers in order to ensure the understanding and compliance with the group procedures and financial standards, as well as the correct use of the consolidation tool and reporting timetable. ● Implementation of tools and scorecards: I developed custom data analysis tools to monitor and support ongoing consistency of data and provide monthly financial indicators of trends and gaps.. The combination of these tools ensured the good quality of data as well as its understanding. ● Key user of consolidation tools: I provided support at group and division level to the users for the consolidation system (HFM, Magnitude). At group level, I specified the functional requirements and key controls for development and tested them. At division level, I supported the international entities in their input of financial packages, and resolved their consistency issues.
