    • Developed and set up an effective Customer Lifecycle Management for Prepaid in collaboration with Marketing.
    • Enhanced and integrated stronger link between Social Media and Customer Based Media (e-Newsletter/Magazine).


    LOYALTY PROGRAMS

    • Managed and optimized all punctual and recurrent communications related to both prepaid and postpaid loyalty programs: 1-to-1, website management, digital gift catalogue, events, shootings.
    • Supported and challenged Marketing on contact plan elaboration.
    • Enhanced and developed link between prepaid loyalty program and Social Media.

    2009 - 2009 - Supported and ensured follow-up on BTL items & ATL campaigns (TV& Radio billboards, leaflets, packaging, events).
    - Managed and organized an internal launch campaign for a professional communication blog
