Xavier has 18 years of professional experience in Strategic, Organizational and Sales & Marketing matters.

Xavier is currently CEO of P. Lemmens Company. He is also Vice President Business Area Light Commercial of Swegon, a Swedish Group active in the energy recovery ventilation market.

Until recently, Xavier was a partner in charge of Business & HR development for a Luxembourg based Consultancy firm.

Prior to that, Xavier was the CEO of TRAXXEO, a medium size business active in the IT & telecom industry.

Xavier also held various management positions at SWIFT: product / market manager in charge of the Investment Funds segment and Finance Manager in the Corporate Planning department.

Prior to joining SWIFT, Xavier was a Management Consultant with PwC Consulting & IBM, in the Strategy & Financial Management Practices (performance management, post-merger integration, organizational turnarounds).

During these years, Xavier has gained solid analytical skills, leadership & management skills as well as international & multi cultural exposure.

Xavier holds a Master of Sciences in Business Engineering from the “Solvay Business School”. He is also a bachelor in Chemical Engineering from the “Faculté des Sciences Agronomiques de Gembloux”.

Xavier is also a high level tennis & golf player and has a passion for food & wine tasting. He’s the proud father of 2 great kids.
