Program Management as defined by PMI (both IT & BUSINESS "caps"). In charge of same size programs as when Senior IT Project Manager but including the Business aspect of such program (Business Requirements, Change Management, Software Acceptance, Rollout Strategy & Users Training).
2002 - 2007Reporting to Ordering & Provisioning Domain Manager (line management) & Senior Program Manager
Head of IT project management team made of 10 IT managers leading 100+ functional analysts, architects, testers (end-to-end functional and performance testing), engineers (infrastructure, implementation, deployment and release teams) and Hotlines. Management of business & contractual relations with an Indian and an Israeli vendors (offshore and on-site development teams) and other consultancy companies. Accountable for the approved budget. Ensure a constructive collaboration between IT and internal Business representatives (both Customer facing and Network operations domains).
This project delivers the new Fulfilment (Ordering/Provisioning) system handling all end-to-end flows from order capture and entry, until completion of provisioning and billing (for automated & manual workflows). Its deployment also includes data conversion from current legacy systems.

Head of Technical Services Department (15+ engineers and technicians). This department provides international customers with high added-value services (Software Engineering, Desktop Publishing, Language Automation, Terminology and Consulting Services in Globalization and Internationalization). Accountable for cost management, external partners selection and contractual negotiation, new internal resources recruitment, IT investment strategy.
This department has ensured amongst other projects, the whole French re-engineering of Microsoft Windows CE and Millennium, SQL Server 2000.
1998 - 1999Reporting to Director of Customer Services
IT leader of multilingual localization projects (Customers: Adaptec, Adobe, Canon, Compaq, Microsoft, Philips, Symantec). Accountable for cost management, selection and co-ordination of multiple external and internal in-country native teams (linguistic and technical). Ensure Quality Assurance and Optimization of the multilingual localization processes.

Head of the Internet Product Group team (10+ translators, reviewers, engineers and technical specialists). Ensure Quality Assurance and Optimization of the localization processes.
The IPG entity has ensured amongst other projects, the French localization of Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.0, Internet Information Server 4.0, Outlook 97.
