During my career, I have been in charge of large and sophisticated projects (I had to manage both the financial and the technical aspects).
In the last 3 years I was mainly responsible for data warehouse projects and for the data warehouse part of huge projects (up to 30.000 md). With those I had a complete view on the company and the customers experiences. This implied to jump in the management's shoes to understand their needs.

2003 - 2007As Project Manager in the Data warehouse department, I was in charge of many projects. The last year I also participate to the analysis delvery of the new DWH environment.
2002 - 2003I managed the data transfert from the data warehouse to the financial system (TM1) : automation of the manual processes.
1998 - 2002As program manager, my team was in charge of the follow up of the Site build, the prject delivery and the budget of the Engeneering and Operation department (200 billions Opex and 200 billions Capex). I took an active participation in the challenge of the management (Statistical study, budget analysis, ...)
1997 - 1998Project leader of the new printing chain machine (Drent 8 colors), we had to face to a very difficult period for the printing companies.
