En résumé

My aim is to manage IT projects that contribute to the improvement of activities and organizational processes in line with business strategy.
Since 1994, I have been working on ERP implementations, upgrade projects and support projects first as project manager and then IT manager.
The main focus of my work has been as a functional expert in managing ERP global parameters, MRP, Manufacturing, sales, Cost Accounting and purchasing.
In my assignments, I have been involved in global project and budget management, process design, setup, implementation, customizations, testing, interfaces, requirements analysis, bug analysis, training and Helpdesk support.
ERP systems: Good expertise in Intelliprise from American Software, basic in JD Edwards in AS400 environment.
In my career, I developed international culture awareness: I worked the three last 3 years in a public European cooperation project and 17 years in IT projects in an American company.

    Installation of a clocking system and workshop follow-up
    Development of reports and graphical tools to improve productivity in the lean process
    5. MANAGING INFORMATION: Ensuring the integrity of information and its security: Establishment of procedures and reports for SOX compliance. Regular review of "Segregation of duty"
    6. SELECT SUPPLIERS: Select and provide partners

    7. INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION: to inform management and the departments concerned on the progress of projects: presentation at the weekly staff meeting, regular review of projects with Senior Management
