Digital lover always thrilled by the idea of learning and improving myself. Digital / Web Consultante and Managing Partner | Co-Founder of my own SmartBE Activity (Exit Studio). I'm also the Digital Copywriter for Exit Studio Blog (http://exitstudio.be/exit-blog/ ).

As part of the generation Y, I grew up with a computer being fully a part of my daily life. Initially passionate about ergonomics, I designed my first website at the age of 13, just in order to create a website that would answer my expectations (a fast website with a more intuitive access to the sought-after information, etc.). That’s how Ergonomics guides me to this fascinating field that’s digital and creative websites.

Today, I enjoy taking part in this ever-changing field. I stay up to date with innovation, by using Social Media as tools for my technology watch: https://twitter.com/Ushiso . Holder of a Master’s degree in Communication but also holder of a Bachelor's degree in Web, I turn out to be someone with an interesting profile who can understand both the business and the IT side of a project.

As a project manager (and because my job was also to manage QA / UAT and to design Wireframes), I had the opportunity to coach my team in order to optimize the deliverables (design mockups, etc.). I did my best to make a website as intuitive and user friendly as possible, regarding the client’s needs and requirements. My ability to understand the technical constraint of the team, my advanced digital knowledge and my interest in both E-Marketing (SEO, SEA, Conversion Funnel Optimization, Social Media Strategy, etc.) and Usability, makes me someone able to leads any web conception to a high performance routing.

I'm someone really motivated with a taste for good work and a lot of convictions.

Holders of numerous rewards for the quality and originality of their websites (“Awwwards”, “favourite Website Award”, “Digital Commerce Stars”), EPIC is a highly creative digital agency which build mobile applications, interactive website, e-shops, etc.

  • Emakina - Junior Project Manager

    2009 - 2009 Context: I joined Emakina as a junior project manager, in order to assist the team in charge of Belgacom/Proximus corporate and e-commerce website.

    - Primary liaison between Belgacom/Proximus project managers, and the Emakina creative and technical teams ;
    - Briefing, planning and supervision of intern resources / reporting to Executive Leadership team;
    - Deadline Management;
    - QA and UAT management;
    - Providing our clients support pre- and post- go-live ;
    - Dealing with clients on the phone, face to face, and via e-mail (both in French and English).
    - Overall Project Management of a digital team of IT Professionals in order to bring to a successful project: Web copywriting, FR, NL and/or EN translation, Usability Consultant (ergonomics and UX), Web Design (design proposal and adaptations), Production (Back/End Development, Front/End Development, Flash development), Testing and Debug.
    - Stakes: having a web page and\or a functional application in time for the release of a new mobile device (Implying the synchronization with the launch of a series of others national marketing campaigns).
    - Tools: Word, Excel, Photoshop, Navision (project management software at Emakina), etc.
