Main Purpose of Role:
Identify, qualify, and sell Atos Worldline’s solutions to existing and prospective customers in the BeNeLux & International market. Facilitate and maintain successful relationships with clients and partners. Develop new business with customers and achieve agreed targets. As preferred Business Partner of clients, provide added value to the sales process and care for customer satisfaction. Achieve quarterly & yearly sales objectives.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Identify and qualify new business opportunities for companies that would best succeed with the Atos Worldline’s solutions. Targets are the Retail, Airlines and Hotels sectors.
• Pursue additional revenue opportunities, such as consulting and advanced technology within existing accounts.
• Develop and implement comprehensive strategic account plans for each of the targeted accounts.
• Manage a team of consultants.
• Lead the whole sales cycle from opportunity identification to negotiation and deal closure
• Discuss and evaluate complicated customer requirements in order to develop appropriate recommendations, evaluates financial considerations of various alternatives (ROI), presents proposals to the customer organization top level management.
• Maintain successful relationship/high level customer contacts, to resolve customer problems with appropriate resources.
• To be the ultimate responsible person for the Customer's Satisfaction.
• Maintain successful Partner relationships in order to develop additional sales opportunities.
• Coordinate and or manage all account activities as to include pre- and post sales support and service to provide continuous customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate and complete individual account records (in CRM) for customer base and documents when required
• Ensure that Atos Worldline’s image is enhanced both inside and outside the company.
• Maintain one's own professional development; including continuous learning of new Atos Worldline’s services/technologies, and communicating experiences and solutions to colleagues.
