Dr. Pierre Padilla est Senior consultant/chercheur en politique d’innnovation et politique industrielle au sein du Département Compétitivité et Innovation d’IDEA Consult. Il contribue à des projets et coordonne des activités de conseil stratégique et d’étude pour le compte d’organisations telles que la Commission européenne (DG RTD, DG ENTR, DG EAC, DG REGIO), l’OCDE, les gouvernements nationaux et régionaux (FR, BE, NL) ainsi que des acteurs issus du secteur privé (cluster, entreprise, etc.). Pierre a obtenu son Doctorat à l'Université de Twente (Pays-Bas) en Gouvernance du Savoir et de l'Innovation et est spécialisé en déploiement technologique, early-stage investment (crowdfunding, pre-commercial procurement), et Additive Manufacturing (3D-Printing) technologies.
