My role is

For the major countries with distributor
- Set up or translate the marketing and commercial strategy for the network
- Analyze the targeting markets: size, competitors, possible actors, legal sides…
- Set up trainings, manage and measure the commercial teams to ameliorate always the tools for promotion, segmentation of the portfolio and customer’s follow up
