    En résumé

    With a Master Degree in Organizational Psychology, I am a strong, motivated recruitment professional. By successfully completing sensitive and difficult recruitment missions (cross-functional, ranging from junior roles to senior & executive ones), I developed a tenacious and creative approach- I use every channel available and don't stop until the best candidate fills the role. What else do I bring to the table? One of my strongest points is effective communication and relationship building- be it with internal or external stakeholders. I understand the power of networking and use it to my advantage. Having worked in different environments, I have a global view on the recruitment cycle and an excellent understanding of the business needs. From an executive search firm, to a niche recruitment agency and now, to in-house recruitment, I have experienced all aspects of the process and achieved a complex understanding of the parties involved.
