Coordination of two QoS measurement projects:
• Launch of a new “end to end” monitoring system to measure quality of mobile services in roaming mode for 9 members countries of Orange.
• Launch of a new Service Level Management tool to measure KPIs for shared international services.
For each project: coordination between technical Orange teams and vendors, planning and resources management, financial negotiation with vendors and decision taking for technical solution.
