    Plaisir 2014 - maintenant - In a context of eroding profits, supported the Strategy Director in developing country strategies that highlighted key initiatives and investments required for doubling profits over 5 years.
    - Defended the recommendation in front of the Corporate International Committee and delivered a detailed multi-year roadmap including implementation plan, resource requirement and dashboard with KPIs facilitating hand-over with the country and strategy implementation.
    - Defended, designed, commissioned and coordinated a market survey including conjoint analysis that allowed to size the loss related to a domestic pull-out and discarded this scenario.
    - Despite good reported performance, thoroughly assessed sales and marketing functions highlighting sizable improvement opportunities. Devised and recommended specific initiatives including customer profitability management actions, retargeting industry segments, sales territories rearrangements and communication actions accounting for over 70% of profit increase.

    Bois Colombes 2012 - 2014 - Assessed strategic options for a loss-making Business Unit including build or buy. Researched, approached, evaluated potential partners. Initiated negotiations and recommended the most appropriate business model with the best partner to Executive Committee
    - In a fast changing and an increasingly competitive environment, prepared the strategic plan for the €0.9Bio revenue residential business unit.     - Developed a strategy and persuaded all parties involved to modify 2 Iranian drilling rigs. This led to less environmental impact and $2M savings
    - Introduced, tested and calibrated a drilling software which led to safer and more efficient operational practices and the elimination of expensive chemicals
    - After only 10 month, convinced the team to lead the planning and design of 2 side-track and 2 development wells, which freed resources for other projects
