- Data Roaming Anti-Bill Shock: Leader of the project aiming at answering European Regulation about data roaming anti-bill shock (solution design, support to customer journey definition, technical migration of customer base, launch made with respect to regulation deadline) - Budget > 500 k€ (1st phase: 01/03/2010 - 2nd phase: 01/07/2010)

- Leader of the project that enabled the launch by Mobistar of the first prepaid mobile broadband solution (Sept 2009)

- Technical responsibility for implementing billing solution to various projects (Iphone launch in July 2008, Social Networking offers in June 2009, Mobile TV service in Nov. 2009, etc.)

MISSION: Business analyst about Data and Content Billing (D&CB) matters

REALIZATIONS
- Conception of evolutions of Mobistar Billing IS responding to Marketing needs (both on Data&Content Billing and Legacy system) ;
- Commercial offer management on D&CB ;
- 3rd level support on the D&CB application ;
- Technical head of projects for transversal evolutions ;
- Follow-up of the supplier activity ;
- Follow-up of the relationship with the Group (especially to ensure the consistency of Mobistar billing IS evolution with Group's one)
- Take active participation to the design of Mobistar Billing IS renewal.

MISSION: Functional and technical architect for the deployment of Data&Content Billing by Mobistar (Belgian subsidiary)

REALIZATIONS:
Data&Content Billing is an IS solution (in 3 tiers) for rating of content and data usage. It is deployed as an add-on of the existing IS in order to allow the commercial launching of Orange new offers. This solution is built on a common basis (Package) for all Orange subsidiaries (MCOs). By Mobistar, it is in charge of rating data usage for prepaid customers and generating tickets for post-paid ones.

- Took part to the construction of the contractual relationship between Mobistar and SIFAC, especially SLA definition ;
- Responsible for the technical and functional studies for the integration of D&CB solution within Mobistar billing IS respecting: time to market constraints: Mobistar requirements analysis, evolutions design, follow-up of the commercial relation with the software factory, migration strategies redaction ;
- D&CB evolutions follow-up ;
- Participation in the implementation of the target billing IS of France Telecom group by Mobistar IS ;
- Functional support to SIFAC integration team ;
- Formations to operations and integration team ;
- Support to Mobistar commercial offer management (e.g.: Tempo Music offer, Summer 2006 Promotion, Mobistar 10 years promotion ...).

MISSION: Integrator of Palier S2D0 du Data&Content Billing

REALIZATIONS:
- Qualification of the version migration strategy of the project : documentation review, respect of operability requirements and of constraints of operating a real time live system ;
- Test plat-forms set up (simulators, data for tests execution) ;
- Non regression tests and tests of the new functionalities of the chain ;
- Problem forms follow-up, reporting, team leading ;
- Support to the operability test campaign of Data&Content Billing ;
- Functional and technical expertise brought to qualification teams of the client ;
- Methodological contribution (test report sheets set up, activity follow-up) ;
