  2010 - 2013 Responsabilites : coordonner les operations en Inde, mettre en place et assurer un bon suivi de la relation avec les faconniers, entretenir une relation de confiance et de professionnalisme avec les fabriquants, gerer toutes les phases de developpement et fabrication de vetements ( de la reception commande a la livraison ), calculer et verifier les prix de revient, veiller au bon lancement en production et au suivi du calendrier de livraison ( T&A calendar ), gerer les litiges et analyser les non-conformites et mettre en place des actions correctives en evaluant l’impact cout / delais, superviser les controles de qualite, organiser la logistique FOB en Inde ( inspection finale, authorisation de livraison, transport au port ).
