As being the MD, I am responsible for the total P/L of the Belgium and Luxembourg settlements. These establishments counted 110 employees (95 billable consultants and 15 non-billable persons). I am involved in all the different aspects of the business as there were the commercial, the financial, the legal and the human relations side. My direct reports are the sales team, the office manager, the HR manager and the delivery team. My immediate manager is the CEO of the AUSY Group. Our business is oriented towards the delivery of highly technical services and software development. Our revenue is about 10 million Euro.

• Define with the management committee the strategy of the company in term of technical orientation (definition of the offers, content, …)

1997 - 2000Mobistar (second mobile operator in Belgium) is part of the French group France Telecom.
As program manager, I was responsible for the analysis of the business needs, the analysis of the possible solution with the IT expert, the risk assessment, the planning, the resources’ allocation, the project follow-up, the budget tracking and for the delivery of the final solution.
