Who am I?
My name is Erika Kalmar. I am a coach, developer of the Career Wellness CoachingTM concept, founder of the Terpsichori Career Wellness Coaching company, a member of the International Coach Federation. A couple of things about me:

Internationalism
- I am a Hungarian national who lived and worked in 6 countries across Europe.
- I am based in Brussels with my Greek-Vietnamese husband and our son, who speaks Hungarian with his mother, Greek with his father, Dutch with his half-brother and French in the nursery - a real multicultural background!

Languages
- Languages I speak: Hungarian, English, German, French, Greek.
-Languages I used to speak: Polish, Portuguese, Spanish, Russian, Esperanto.

Career patterns
Sales roles, international experiences, dealing with individuals from all cultural backgrounds, start-up environments, dynamic organisations, out-of-the-box thinking, developing people.

1st life - travel
5 years spent in the travel sector, as start-up Commercial Director Corporate Travel and later as VP in Poland setting up operations.

2nd life - recruitment
- After my second degree in HR, I moved into the recruitment world. I connected high-calibre individuals to employers internationally, from Lebanon to Russia and UK.
- Had exposure to online and offline recruitment, permanent and contract.
- During the 9 years I lived and worked from Hungary, Germany, France and Belgium.

3rd life - coaching
- After years of continuous training and mentoring, got exposure finally to coaching!
- Worked as a full-time internal Performance Coach for Belgium, Netherlands and France.
- Following maternity leave (and changing values), I set up my own coaching practice.

Coaching credentials
- Currently I am in coach training with the International Coach Academy and looking to graduate this year.
- So far I acquired over 1,100 coaching hours, which will be equivalent to the Professional Certified Coach title.
- I am a member of the International Coach Federation and run my coaching practice in accordance with the International Coach Federation's Standards of Ethical Conduct.

This is also me!
Other passions of mine apart from coaching:
Greek traditional dances
• Have been dancing for over 15 years and I travel all across Europe and Greece to participate in dance seminars.
• Currently I am also finalizing my book on the same subject, with over 1,100 dances gathered (!).
• One thing I am very proud of is setting up my website Terpsichori - The European Greek Dance Portal.
• My next project is creating my own dance group in Brussels area and organising dance seminars myself! (done)
