Technical Manager: End-to-end responsibility of the « engagement projects » business unit.
- Definition and activity development of the 4 engagement types of the company delivery model (competence center, fixed-price project, service center, tailored projects & services).
- Bid team, Delivery team setup & management (processes definition, management from bid screening to end of warranty).
- Program Manager / Project Director of main fixed-price projects (customer negotiation, team selection, management, change management, financial follow-up).
- Recruitment and management of related staff.
- Contract review / negotiation, definition of the company default contract framework for projects.
- Responsible of related Profit & Loss (main contract is a 2 M€ software for an administration).
- Private and public sector, covering all sectors of Altran’s activity (not only IT).
- Member of the group core team defining the new group-wise Solution Centers organisation (job description & salary scheme, services delivery model, maturity evaluation etc…).
Technical environment: Consultancy, PMI, Agile / V-cycle life-cycle, business analysis, development, support & maintenance, competence centers, service centers, fixed-price, risk management, near/offshoring.
Business Manager: responsible to create/develop IT solutions.
- Creation from scratch of Enterprise Content Management, Business Applications, System Integration solutions for the company.
- Recruitment & management of solutions consultants [12 main consultants].
- Member of the group international community developing international offers (including offshoring).
- Commercial development on new/existing clients.
- Responsible of related Profit & Loss [1 M€ CA in 09].

1997 - 2007As an Altran consultant, evolution from Project Engineer to "Principal Consultant" role in an international context.
During this period, I have boosted my career, multiplying the experiences across Europe and in the world to enrich my background of multi-technologies, multi-cultural environments, multi-level interventions.
- Projects varying from technical assistance to audit & strategy definition to the company VP’s.
- Worked in Belgium, in France, in UK, managed nearshore/offshore teams in PT, Malaysia, Egypt, India.
- Altran Belgium “Consultant of the year” in 2005, Altran group awards 2006 (“fixed price offering”).
- Private sector (telecom, bank, others), semi-public & public sector.
- Support to business development: prospection, qualification, proposals setup /redaction / presentation.
- Developed the first fixed-price approach of Altran Belgium (bid & project management).

Program Manager Vodafone – Dusseldorf – Germany / Milan - Italy (Altran)
Responsible to deploy mobile payment platform across the different entities of this international operator, adapting and customising it to meet the local specificities.
- Program/Project management (up to 3 countries in parallel, 1 project being between 3 months to 1 year).
- Management of the central/remote expert teams (Germany, UK, SP, PT, HU etc…): up to 50 persons.
- Coordination/negotiation with local entities for local deployment, product evolution etc…
- Reporting/coordination/prioritisation with top management of Product & Services.
- (Fixed-price project for Altran, responsible of offers and intervention toward Vodafone, budget > 1.7 M€).
Technical environment: PMI, Telecom operator, payment platforms, open-source.
Feb. 04 -> Feb. 06: M-Payment Platform integration
Project Manager Proximus – Bruxelles – Belgium (Altran)
Responsible to adapt and integrate a rating engine within the new internet portal to be deployed.
- Project management (9 people intervening from our team).
- Reporting/coordination/prioritisation with top management / operations of Proximus.
- (Evolution of the T&M framework to Fixed-price for Altran, responsible for Altran proposals and intervention toward Proximus, budget > 1.5 M€)
Technical environment: Project Management, Mobile operator, payment technologies, open-source.
