2007 - 2010• Development of the flemish market : prospection and account management of clients in the healthcare sector (1st year of activity). + prospection and development of the walloon market (as from the 2nd year of activity)
• Outsourcing : recruitment of Engineers, pharmacists, IT profiles for the needs of our clients
• Consultants’ management : coaching, yearly appraisals, etc. of +/- 35 consultants.
2005 - 2007• Recruitment of HR, IT, Finance, Engineers from junior to management positions for clients in France and Belgium.
• Outsourcing : recruitment of HR consultants for consultancy projects
• Act as external HR consultant for Puratos during 3 months, 2 days a week to help out with their recruitment needs at all levels.
2004 - 2005• Dual Office project : coordinate and prepare the move of 1000 employees to the Braine-l’Alleud site : follow-up and update of the flow of transferred employees, participation in information meetings with union delegates, participation in coordination meetings, draft of information notes , coordination of mobility actions with an external provider, coordination with the internal communication to develop and update the Dual Office intranet site, transfer of information to the payroll department, etc.
• Corporate Restructuring project: research and implement changes from a legal point of view in the context of the creation of a new entity within Euroclear.
