Plant Manager (400 employees / 2007 Turnover 325 Mio € / Manufacturing Operating Budget 50 Mio €)

Mission:
- Ensure that both the manufacturing capacity and development initiatives are tightly aligned with the current and future needs of the business,
- Develop and execute an overall plant manufacturing strategy, including organizational development within the operations areas to support all manufacturing personnel and process improvement,
- Partner with the product development group, maintaining the quality and technology advantage of the division and support the creation of new product and processes.
- Develop and retain key people: recruit, hire, coach, and develop talent at all levels of the organization,
- Implement world-class operations practices, and drive internal processes to world class levels,
- Champion and raise level of effectiveness for Lean and Six Sigma results across all functional areas, and ensure that the division’s quality and process improvement initiatives achieve the optimum results and widest acceptance,
- Focus and align the Plants' organization to meet business goals; accountable for delivery and year-to-year improvement of business operations / supply chain results: financial, quality, service, safety, employee relations climate, inventory, organizational development,
- Continuously improve safety: accountable for a clean, safe, environmentally responsible manufacturing operation.
